K3 Youtube Player is module that usefull to showing video or video playlist from youtube

I installed the extension on my website and had the following warnings:
Notice: Undefined variable: item in modules \ mod_k3_youtubeplayer \ helper.php on line 37
Notice: Undefined variable: in ITAM modules \ mod_k3_youtubeplayer \ helper.php on line 38
Notice: Undefined variable: in cv modules \ mod_k3_youtubeplayer \ helper.php on line 42

My server uses PHP and MySQL v.5.3.0 v. 5.1.36

How can fix this problem?

Maybe you must try to remove this module, then you download a new module in khantry.net/.../... and install module on last step.

Please check on module parameters in your joomla backend and there you will find what u need, because I have written an example of how to use.

Step 1 :
In backend, go to Extensions -> Plugin Manager -> Content - Load Module, and set plugin as enable.

Step 2 :
Go to Extensions -> Module Manager -> "open module k3_youtubeplayer", set module as enable and write field position with whatever position you want.

Step 3 :
Go to Article Manager and write based code on the step 2, example code : {loadposition posname}

I did all those steps and got a link back to your site that simply has the words "YouTube". I think I'm missing the step where I need to create a png as a static background.

I am getting the same error. I have tried removing the module and install it again. Still getting the error.

Nice job. However I tested the fullscreen support in IE8 and it's seems to not work in IE. Did you tested?

Will you fix the IE issue with an update?

When I use palylist, I don't want the arrow buttons (next-previous video) and the thumbnails to appear. Is that possible?

I am having the same issue of undefined variable warnings, and I just downloaded the module on Oct. 3. My messages are:

This is exactly what I needed. One questions. I am able to get the model to show up in my article by the above step. Only problem is do not have a position called " posname or postname" . I have right , left, top, etc... When I select one of those it shows up in the article and in the position I selected. If I put right it shows up on the right and in the article. Do I need to create that exact position for placed in the article? Thanks

To showing module only on article, you just need to create a new module position "click and write anything you want". img695.imageshack.us/.../..., then you just write {loadposition "new position"} in your article

Adding to the article works perfect! I added a position called "article" in the file called templateDetails .xml located in the root of the mplate directory. Another question. I will always have a playlist for my sports videos. Is it possible to have the button next to the play arrow that turns on the thumbnails ACTIVE? Right now you have to click on it. Also for anyone wondering why full screen does not work when you place it in the article is because of the setting on the "Content - Load Module". Default is "wrapped by Table". Set it to "No Wrapping and full screen works.

d be much better if we can post as many videos as one can for a sinle article or just put multiple video proviers urls instead of depedning on youtube server. This facilty is already there in K2 componet of joomla but that is restricted for single video upload only.
can k3 has these features if yes pls let me know..

Hi - seems like the youtube playlist feature is not working anymore. Only single video is working.

Also, is it possible to hide control or slidebar?

Hi, this module looks great~ Actually it's good to have a joomla module can show/play the playlist on youtube. Besides, I would like to include some or even put all video files on local website server, does this module can support the videos stored on local with upload function? Thanks!

Hi! Single video works fine, but playlist doent show at all. Also there's no" p=" on youtube playlists anyomore. Could this be the reason?

Hi matina, thanks for your comment. to get playlist id/value key, please follow this step.
1. open this link www.youtube.com/.../
2. you has login in youtube site
3. after login, you mast create a playlist and if u have some playlist in your account, you can get link playlist wish you show on joomla module.
4. sample link is h**p://w*w.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLCF2BD39206F2D1FC, and playlist id is CF2BD39206F2D1FC
5. copy playlist id to joomla module and finish

check images to get link playlist, imageshack.us/.../...
